Welcome to Work Solve Talent, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to and using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Use of Services
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse our services (e.g., spam, unauthorized access, or reselling candidate data)
Services Provided
Work Solve Talent, LLC provides subscription-based staffing solutions using our proprietary AI-powered system (“WorkSolve AI™”) to source, screen, and match candidates. Services are offered under selected subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). We provide AI-assisted staffing and recruiting services for businesses.
Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees are billed automatically each month through Stripe.
Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods once service has begun.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate job details and hiring requirements.
Client agrees not to misuse candidate information for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.
Client remains solely responsible for all final hiring decisions.
Candidate Placement
Work Solve Talent, LLC provides pre-screened candidates but does not guarantee a specific hire.
If a candidate is hired, the employment relationship is strictly between the Client and the Candidate.
Work Solve Talent, LLC is not responsible for workplace disputes, performance, or compliance issues once a candidate is hired.
AI Disclaimer
Our proprietary WorkSolve AI™ helps screen and match candidates, but final hiring decisions are human-reviewed. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
Liability Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
Work Solve Talent, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by Client in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, candidate data, and business practices.
Termination & Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through Stripe.
Work Solve Talent, LLC reserves the right to terminate service for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own legal costs.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the State of Texas laws.
Updates to Terms
Work Solve Talent, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
